Martin's Cove, Wyoming

on the way home from South Dakota, we stopped in Martin's Cove Wy. It was neat to see and pull the handcarts like the pioneers.








Lindzi loved the handcarts since she got to ride!

Reptile Gardens

we saw some cool animals at reptile gardens

we met a 131 year old tortoise named methuselah


we met the infamous Sourpuss Smith...



We squeezed in some fun ..



watched the gator show, the snake show and the bird show.


we got to pet a baby alligator

Ft Hays and The Cosmos Mystery Area

we went to the set were Dances with Wolves was filmed, way back when.... 1990



though we didn't stay for supper....




we went to the Cosmos Mystery Area.. where they claim the gravity is skewed... but it just may be how they built the cabin. I read some stuff online.. either way it was fun and felt really crazy. You felt very off balance in there. The girls thought it was neat.



everywhere we went Lindzi seemed to find a horse just like this and had to ride!

Storybook Island

We went to Storybook Island.. it's one of our favorite stops from when we went 10 years ago. Lindzi had an absolute blast! She ran and ran from thing to thing and wore herself right out! It was great!
