Brenda and her new baby....less than one day old!!

Wow two brand new baby boys in one week!!!! First Darin and Diana's baby, Benjamin and now Brenda and Nicks new little one, Mason Alexander. Mason was born on his due date and on Brooklyn's birthday!!! He weighed 8.5 pounds. Brenda did everything natural.... no drugs, no epidural, no hospital.... yes that's right i said no hospital! She had a home birth, with a midwife and a doula (labor coach). Everything went pretty well and she had a pretty short labor. And little Mason is just too cute, the girls loved holding him!

Darin's girlfriend Diana had a beautiful baby boy on Monday and we visited her on Sunday. He is so adorable!!! The girls all loved hime! They named him Benjamin Maximus ... he weighed 7 lbs 6 oz and 21 inches long. Congrats to Diana and Darin ... he is so sweet!

Well I'm glad we celebrated Brooklyn's party on Saturday instead of Sunday.... because Brenda and family still made it. Brenda had her baby boy the very next day. It was a fun family

time... John even made it off the train to make most of the party!

Brooklyn's friend party was a lot of fun despite only two friends coming. We found out later that three of the friends that we invited had a dance competition and wouldn't be coming. The girls

still had a lot of fun!!

Well Brooklyn's cake is done! I think it turned out pretty nice. Her party will be a flower theme. The cake is fondant all except the butterflies and big daisies.

Well we finally got a swingset out in the back for the kids and so far they are loving it! It took us about 7 ish hours to assemble which isn't too bad considering the directions say it should take between 6 and 12 hours to put together. And that was not with out a few mistakes and re-do's here and there. The good thing is that it's all done now!! We got a skiff of snow this morning so i had to take a picture of the snow from the slide... it's kinda cool.
