Well i have been cleaning cleaning & cleaning.... not really by choice. The girls' rooms were such messes. They will save anything and everything The reason for this sudden flurry of cleaning is that John's aunt is coming for a few days so i needed to get a room "guest ready".... so i had to go up and organize and throw out a lot of junk! Phew! I'm glad that is over with... now if they can keep them clean a bit longer than usual. Sorry i didn't take any before pics... they would be too awful to post. Anyway... at least if they don't stay clean i can come back here and look at the pics again... :-)

Okay so it's not a major overhaul... no new appliances or countertops or cupboards. But I have wanted a change in the kitchen for a while now, just didnt want to deal with all the taping and painting etc. Well i have bit the bullet and started the project. So i have been busy taping and painting and sewing new curtains. I'll post the after pics soon!!!!

2 new nephews on the way!!!

Exciting times are coming next month..... I will be getting two new nephews! Brenda and Diana (Darin's girlfriend) are expecting boys in April!! Diana is due first and she is planning on naming him Benjamin. Brenda is still not set on a name..... so stay tuned!!

Happy Birthday Jonas!

We celebrated Jonas’  2nd birthday last night at my mom’s house.  Jonas had a yo gabba gabba birthday cake made by Brenda and it was very yummy!   Jonas got some fun things but the most loved thing was his little red dirt devil vacuum.  Jonas loved it!  …. and so did Lindzi, so it was fought over a few times to say the least. It was a fun evening.  Nick’s mom, Carol  and stepdad, Troy came as well as Nick’s dad, Walt.  Diana (Darin’s girlfriend) came too.  Happy Birthday Jonas!!!!!!!

This is Lindzi’s “disgusted with you look” so try not to get on her bad side!!!! She was mad at Jonas for not sharing!! Too funny :)

Lindzi fell asleep on my bed, but when i went to check on her this is how i found her!!! On the floor and still asleep!!! It scared me for a minute, when i walked in the room and couldn't see her on the bed, but then i just had to laugh!! Silly girl!

Lindzi is a little spoiled since she’s the youngest ……. She get’s to go eat out with John and I when the others are in school. …. and she loves it :)
