Happy Halloween!!!

Hope everyone had a great Halloween!! The weather was perfect... we never got cold. Desi said she was too hot and had too many layers. The three older girls were the three musketeers and Lindzi was a bunny. Brenda, Nick and Jonas joined us for trick or treating. We had a great time!

Happy Halloween!!!!! We went to frightmares last night and the girls had a blast!!! Kassidy was able to ride a few rides that she hadn't been allowed to this summer since she wasn't tall enough. She really still isn't quite tall enough, but she 's closer and they let her go on! She rode the colossus and the spider and the wild mouse! She loved them all - that little dare devil! We watched a show there and went through a haunted house! It was great to go one last time before the season is over - today is the last day! The kids are excited for Halloween tonight!

We had fun carving up pumpkins last night!! We used pattern from pumpkin master.com. It took quite a while to carve up three pumpkins, when i was the only carver. The girls helped scoop the goop and to make a bigger mess than necessary. Oh well it was fun.

We celebrated my birthday today!! We had a lunch of sloppy jo's, beans, chips, fruit and carrot sticks. Then we had cake brought by Amanda from the bakery she works at. It was Yummy. Brenda, Nick and Jonas were here too... but somehow we didnt get any pics of them - dang it!

We had a great time at trunk or treating tonight! We dined on soup, bread sticks and a large assortment of desserts. Then we went outside and got candy! Lindzi didnt want to put the candy in her bag ... she just wanted to hold it all!! She had a great time! The girls dressed up as the three musketeers and lindzi was a leopard. John was an angel... HA HA!! and a I was a devil! My good friend Wendy and her kids came along too - it was a lot of fun.

We went to a corn maze on Saturday and the kids had a blast! They loved the grain chute slide... it was a long black tube. Lindzi loved the little barrel trains and looking at the animals. They played in the corn box (like a sand box only filled with corn.) and on the teeter totter. Then we did the maze. It was fun! My Mom and Steven were there too and Mom was the guide and got use through the maze with out getting lost!
