First we drove to Fort Steven State Park and saw a lot of old military batteries. The girls thought they were quite cool. We had a lot of fun exploring them. We saw the old shipwreck on the beach. We picnicked there also and saw a few squirrels and two deer.
We went to Astoria and rode the trolley and saw a few sights of the town. Then we drove up to the Astoria column. It was very cool. The artwork was awesome on the column, and the view was even more awesome. We may go back later on in the week when the stairs are open from repair. We went to the beach again by the condo and then took the girls swimming at the pool. Also there are two new slide show of day three below this post- check them out.
