A neighbor asked me to make a cake for her, for a party that she was having. She brought over the snowman mold and cake mixes and let me have at it. I knew i couldn't cover it fully with fondant because the mold had too many grooves and things for the nose, eyes, scarf and broom. I wish the mold was just plain... no extra decor. Because it made it difficult to frost and decorate after. I used fondant accents for the hat, eyes and scarf. And then put coconut over the frosting. I used pipe cleaners for the arms. I put a red hat on it with purple accents because the party was for the red hat society. Anyway I think it tured out pretty cute!
