We had a great time with our good friends, Chuck and Melanie and their kids. We had hamburgers and strawberry shortcake! Way back when..... we were neighbors... and they have since moved twice and us once. But we still get together from time to time. They just recently moved into their brand new home and it is gorgeous! And tons of space!! It was great just to sit back and relax and enjoy each others company. Three out of four of her kids are the same ages as my kids....and i mean really close in age. Desi and Sean are just a couple of weeks apart... they are nearly thirteen coming up this summer. Brooklyn and Hunter are about a week apart and just turned 10 recently. And Kassidy and Hannah are just about to celebrate thier birthday this month ... they are just 2 days apart when they turn 7!! Melanie's oldest son Colton is 16 and of course Lindzi is two ...so they are the two odd ones out with no one close to thier ages... oh well.
