Zion's nat'l park

We went to Zion's nat'l park today and it was beautiful.... Our first hike was around 10 am and the weather was perfect. After lunch we did a second hike, but by then it was getting too hot. So the girls didn't really enjoy that as much. Brooklyn even stepped on a snake on accident!!! Luckily it wasn't poisonous... John said it was a blow snake. Anyway we were all pretty hot after that hike. Lindzi was all energetic on the first one, but by the second hike she mostly wanted to be carried... so that wasn't much fun. Then we went and checked out this ghost town in Grafton, Ut, but you couldn't go in any buildings, so the girls were not impressed. Oh well we are planning on going to a different one another day so we shall see. Also on a side note: my bells palsy is starting to subside and i can smile a bit more which is great! So in a week or two i may be back 100 percent.... i hope!
