water fun!!
We went to the brand new park and splash pad today. The girls had a good time despite the cool weather. Earlier in the week when we planned the event, it was supposed to be warmer. Unfortunately it only ended up in the mid sixties with a breeze - not the best water play weather. The girls had a couple of friends each. Desi invited her friend Lexis and Isabelle. Brooklyn had Hannah and Solace and Kassidy had Zoe and Sydney. My friend, Wendy (Lexis and Sydney's mom) came along too with her youngest, Thad. So it was enjoyable for me also to have someone to chat with. The kids played in the water with no cases of hypothermia, and had great time. We are planning on going again when it's in the 80's at least.
