Desi's friend party

Desi had a friend party today on her official birthday day!!!! Wow I still can't believe that she's 12! Her friend got to paint treasure chests and then bead some bracelets. Then we played a game with trivia questions and unwrapping a present with many layers of wrapping paper. Then she got to open presents. When we went outside to play with the water balloons (which i spent close to two hours filling, mind you) most of them had popped because of the heat and sun!! So that was a bit of a bummer. Oh well they played a bit with the hose instead. Then they all had cupcakes and milk and soon it was time for them to go home .... Now i need to rest.
